Do I need to wait for the money before I start on the approved projects?

Funding must be secured before any projects are started. 

CDSS is not responsible for any costs incurred prior to executing a grant agreement with the grantee. 

Grant funds will only be disbursed in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement.
