I purchased approved equipment prior to receiving the grant award (washer, dryer, HVAC). Can I reimburse myself?

Grant funds will only be disbursed in accordance with the terms of the grant agreement. 

CDSS is not responsible for any costs incurred prior to executing a grant agreement with the grantee.
