Grantees may request approval to use a replacement contractor or estimate by uploading bid information to Submittable (the online portal used to submit your application).
The request must be approved by a Program Officer prior to purchasing materials or commencing work.
Grantees may use approved alternate contractors at a higher cost, however, the grant budget will not be increased, the scope should remain the same, and replacement contractors must be licensed and meet all applicable criteria stated in the Request for Applications and grant agreement
