The Early Childhood Facilities Fund (ECFF) is aimed at supporting "Child-Serving Spaces" across Alameda County. The ECFF is currently accepting screening information from childcare centers, Family Child Care homes, and family-serving shelters across Alameda County. First 5 Alameda will invite those child-serving spaces with the most urgent facility needs to submit a full application for funding.
