The Early Childhood Facilities Fund (ECFF) uses Submittable as the platform for submission and review of applications. If invited to submit a full application, all applicants will need to set up an account with Submittable to submit their documents. Your assigned LIIF Program Officer will support invited providers in setting up a Submittable account at that time.
