- RFA2 says that FCCs need to operate 2 years after they receive the grant. But what if something like COVID happens or the provider needs to close before the 2 years, what happens?
- If an FCC needs to do renovations to fix a roof to keep their program open and operable, but is not increasing capacity, would they qualify?
- What are the requirements of the 10% match?
- What type of license does a contractor need?
- If a provider has been offering non-licensed childcare, and is looking to become licensed but needs funding, are they eligible for this grant?
- What does "meet experience and tenure requirements of being in operation on or before 8/1/21" mean?
- How can programs learn more information about Prevailing Wages?
- RFA 2 says that programs need to have been licensed on or before August 1, 2021 to qualify for the grant. Does this mean that anyone licensed after that date does NOT qualify?
- During construction, can programs keep their facility open while the children are present?
