If an FCC wants to expand to a center, is the program eligible to apply for the $1.5M grant amount that centers are eligible for?

FCCs wishing to apply for a new center will need site control acquired first, such as an existing building, land, or facility with a lease or deed in hand. Applicants would need to complete the NCMR Center application. The grant funding cannot be applied towards acquiring a new facility but can be used to do major renovation or new construction.
