Grantee shall comply with all county and local ordinances and codes, California and federal laws, regulations, and published guidelines, to the extent that these authorities contain requirements applicable to Grantee’s performance under this Agreement, including any licensing requirements, health and safety requirements, and ADA requirements for indoor and outdoor spaces. Grantee shall comply with California Welfare and Institutions Code section 10310.1, including any related CDSS guidance, regulations, and subsequent additions or amendments thereto.
