For the Standard Agreement page 1. #2's start date starts in 2021, but I submit my application in January, 2023, so the end date should be in 2028 instead of 2026. Can you please help to clarify with the term of this agreement of the Start and End Date?

All applicants must complete projects by June 30, 2026, unless it is otherwise specified on their Grant Agreement. The 2026 end date is correct. CDSS will do its best to ensure projects have sufficient time to be completed within the boundaries of the RFA.
