For Family Child Care Homes, can I start the process of applying for a large license before the project?

The intent for the New Construction and Major Renovation Grant is to grant funds to increase license capacity. Increasing licensed capacity before the grant project could affect your payment structure to be a reimbursement. See section D under Grant Agreement.
