| Reimbursment costs will need to go through approval before disbursement. See section C Costs Incurred Prior to Agreement 1. Grantee Project costs incurred prior to execution of this Agreement shall only be reimbursed if these costs comply with this Agreement and an approved Project Budget. 2. Grantee shall submit Project costs incurred prior to execution of this Agreement as provided in Section C, below, Invoicing and Payment. Grantee shall certify and provide sufficient supporting documentation to verify that the Project work associated with these costs has been completed and complies with the work authorized by this Agreement. CDSS shall have the right to inspect Project work or have its designee inspect the Project and make an independent evaluation. 3. CDSS and PA shall have the right to require additional information and documentation prior to approving Project costs incurred prior to the Agreement |
