| Please refer to the "Site Control" standards of the grant agreement: "Grantee shall have site control of the property at the time of application where the Project will be located, and such control shall not be contingent on the approval of any other party. The status and nature of the Grantee's title and interest in the property shall be subject to CDSS and PA approval." CDSS may ask for proof of name change to the living trust for a future request. |
