If initial estimates, bids, or costs are no longer valid, you may obtain estimates or bids from alternate suppliers, vendors, and/or contractors, subject to the terms of your grant agreement.
Requests to use new or replacement contractors and/or provide updated bids/estimates must be uploaded to Submittable (the online portal used to submit your application) and approved by a Program Officer prior to purchasing materials or commencing work.
Please note the grant budget will not be increased, the scope should remain the same, and replacement contractors must be licensed and meet all applicable criteria stated in the Request for Applications and grant agreement.
