- Is there specific information we need to put for our insurance to add CDSS as an additional insured? (Name, address of CDSS?)
- In the grant agreement it says that we need to submit ALTA insurance in a format acceptable to DSS. What is the format that is acceptable?
- We are hiring a general contractor; do we need to ask them for the license numbers of all sub-contractors they will be using, or do we only provide the general contractors business license number?
- Do we need to follow ADA requirements for just new construction or for the whole center?
- If we give it our best effort and still fall short of enrolling more students at certain times over the course of 10 years, will we have to repay the grant or does the state understand fluctuation?
